1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our services at Shapages, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the design deliverables, code assets, and custom creations developed under contract become the property of the client upon receipt of full payment.

3. Project Scoping & Revisions

Each client project includes defined deliverables and revision rounds specified in the project proposal. Additional feature requests outside scope are quoted separately.
